Where do I find the General Terms and Conditions for booking with Comfort Apartments ?

Which languages are spoken in your office?

Polish and English.

 

Is the quoted price the price per apartment or per person?

It is the price per apartment.

 

How can I find the location of a given apartment?

The address is indicated on the map in apartment details. We will also send you the full address in the booking confirmation.

 

Can more people than the offer provides for come and stay at a reserved apartment?

The number of people staying at the apartment may not exceed the number specified in the rental contract.

 

How can I find a pet-friendly apartment?

The information about the possibility of bringing a pet to a given apartment is provided by the description of the apartment. In case of any doubt, our employee can point you to the apartments that are pet-friendly.

 

How to search for objects with wheelchair accessibility?

Information on wheelchair accessibility can be found by the description of the apartment.

 

What is the minimum period for which one can book an apartment?

The minimum booking period is 2 nights, unless the booking is an extension of a booking preceding or following it.

 

How can I pay for my booking?

Payment may be made by bank money transfer or by providing credit card details.

 

How to cancel a booking?

Cancellations can be made by email or by phone. Cancellations made no later than 14 days before the planned arrival is free-of-charge, otherwise the payment made for your booking is non-refundable.

 

Do the apartments have towels and bed linen?

All the apartments are equipped with high quality hotel bed linens and towels.

 

How can I contact the person responsible for handing over the keys?

In the confirmation of your booking, we will include the phone number under which you can reach our employee. Please indicate the expected arrival time the day before you arrive, as our employee will be expecting you there with keys to the apartment.

 

Do you organise transportation from the airport / railway station to the apartment?

Comfort Apartments can arrange transfers from a designated place to the apartment for an additional fee. For details, please contact us via email or phone.

 

What are the hours for picking up and returning the keys to the apartments?

The keys can be picked up between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and returned between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

 

Is there a tourist tax applicable?

The tourist tax in Gdańsk is 2.20 PLN per day per person, and in Sopot it is 4.30 PLN per day per person. This fee is charged in cash.

 

Do I need to clean apartment after my stay?

As you place your booking, we apply a charge for cleaning up after the stay. Cleaning is done by Comfort Apartments.
